Have you ever thought about why you write the way you do? Writing is art, and one of the best ways to describe writing, is by comparing it to a wonderfully woven tapestry. Each letter in the text makes an intricate and beautiful work of art. As we begin our journey into the inner workings of writing, we have to look at what makes writing, writing. Text is the heart of any written piece. The word text comes from the Latin word textus, meaning "A woven object". Using this, we can think of text as a tapestry, woven together by threads of thoughts. However It's important that we realize where all of these threads come from. Our thoughts, threads, are all formed by other thoughts of those who inspire us. The works of art or literature that inspired us to write in the ways we do. In short, discovering where your threads of thought come from, will help you to focus on those threads, and improve them. Thus improving yourself as a writer. My challenge to the readers, are to find their inspiration, and focus on improving the things that they inspired you to do.
