After the events in the previous film, Sam (Julie Estelle) has broken up with Agung and is currently in a dilemma in fighting for her identity from her increasingly powerful dark side despite the presence of Kuntilanak wangsit. The identity is eager to kill as many people as possible by calling Kuntilanak
. Sam also often dreams about people who Kuntilanak kill, like his friend, Dinda, and leader Mangkoedjiwo, Sri Sukma (Alice Iskak), who regrets having used Kuntilanak. Sam is now living in the boarding house of a Chinese merchant family. The daughter of the family, Yenny (Cindy Valerie), instantly scared as soon as she met Sam, but her parents do not know why. On the other hand, the remains of the followers of the Mangkoedjiwo Sect, who had just lost Sri Sukma, were faced with many problems because they could not master Kuntilanak anymore.
They plan to force Sam who has wangsit to enter their circle to continue their vile plans by tracking down Yanti, Sri Sukma's assistant and former housemaid Sam who has been hiding since Sri Sukma was killed. Meanwhile, Agung (Evan Sanders),
