Mark Zuckerberg announced he had finished developing Jarvis, a virtual assistant that was applied directly at his home to help Zuckerberg and his family's activities.  Zuckerberg also released a video to introduce Jarvis to Facebook users. In a video uploaded to Zuckerberg's personal Facebook account, Jarvis is shown to be able to do many things.

Zuckerberg also makes Jarvis able to interact and make a sound. The funny thing is that the voice used by Zuckerberg is the voice of Morgan Freeman, a senior actor who also played the voice of God in the movie Bruce Almighty. Jarvis is also shown to teach Zuckerberg's daughter, Maxima Chan Zuckerberg, to learn Mandarin.  At the end of the video, Zuckerberg asked advice to Facebook users about what other features can be presented in Jarvis. This indicates Zuckerberg will continue to develop Jarvis and add a variety of features in it.

The presence of Jarvis was also received a response from Zuckerberg's wife, Priscilla Chan. In a video, Priscilla says initially Jarvis can only do simple things, like turning on or off the lights. However, Jarvis continues to be developed by Zuckerberg increasingly able to do many things and Priscilla was quite happy with the existence of Jarvis.  Currently, Jarvis seems to be nothing more than a personal project of Zuckerberg. But it could be in the future, Zuckerberg could bring this technology to be applied in other homes commercially.
