Taking the time to watch this movie is surely worth it.
It includes interviews with various politicians, scientists and people who encountered extraterrestrial life. The thing that Dr. Steven Greer emphasizes on is that if we were to contact conciseness beings from another planet, we should do it in a peaceful way, as opposed to the propaganda the mainstream media has been proposing. It also talks about the tragic destiny of those who invented zero point energy sources and the positive impact of that kind of technology can have on the world.
