Thanks and Nope ... no bike parks here (the concept hasnt caught on as yet) There are more XC trails around here and within 200 kms of the city.

Oh and regarding the poll ... pics must have (atleast) a cycle and the humans there should have their privates covered!! In my opinion a little bit to the imagination is always good!!

Thanks ... nice to see another cyclist!! Yes you have to use your body weight to lift, and on bikes with suspension forks, you have to compress the front fork (using your body weight) to get a good lift!!
