Learning from yesterday, today I ran and crossed the 8K steps. I ran after a long time today. Usually, I walk but today I ran few kilometres on the lonely street in the morning. This report was published

No exercise and only walk today so the steps count less than yesterday. I walked to the vegetables shop today and bought some vegetables after some bargaining. Didn't went out for the evening walk today.

Not bad steps count today also though it is less than 10K and of yesterday's steps count. I exercised less than yesterday only about 30 mins and was able to reach the 7K steps so I am happy with this.

Back with a bang! Didn't post the report for consecutively 2 days and then smashed the target of 10K steps with a bang. I walked less but exercised at home and the target was hit in 1 hour. This report

Today was a mix of both exercise and walking so was able to complete the 8K steps again after few days. I think this is a nice way increase the steps count. Exercising increases the steps count rapidly.

I was successfully able to cross the 6K steps yesterday when I exercised but when I walked today I was not able to cross it. I will try both exercises and walk from tomorrow to increase my steps count.
