Cool thing about $EOS is that if an exchange ever gets hacked ( @binance etc ) staked #EOS ( hopefully the majority of EOS they keep) will not be taken seeing as how it takes 72 hours to unstake coins.

I don't understand how a coin that will bring trillions of dollars of securities with a platform that is fully operational allowing for securities to be moved over in minutes is barely in the top 100.

This is because the network fundamentally operates with token holders owning part of the network bandwidth. Therefore anyone wasting tokens by doing nothing with them is wasting electricity and hardware.
