I have a real life friend on Steemit too! @Doubledipshit and I hang out all the time. He's a good dude. Having some IRL friends on Steemit makes the process more fun. I am glad you've got someone to talk

I'm always interested in how employers make their hiring decisions. Most take a "textbook" approach and then wonder why they end up with average candidates. I'd be interested in hearing more

This sounds like Stoicism. Are you familiar with that philosophy? It deals with how one approaches adversity.
