You could turn your little city house into a mini food forest. Without the need to bring in a machine you could have an abundance of food. 3 rabbits and a some seeds and within a year you would be swimming

same here I need to look into that, pine in general is so high in C. The Native Americans used it in the colder areas to help their body acclimate to the weather during winter as well
