Yes, indeed. But thankfully the polygraph finds is best use in Post-Conviction Sex Offender cases which prevents these criminals roaming your streets and claiming more victims. Sadly in the past 100 years

Some countries in Europe allow the polygraph in the court. Of course, your point is valid. Nobody could be tested by force.

There's still a lot of research to be conducted, but it's an interesting perspective. I agree with your arguments and hopefully they'd resolve most of the relevant issues.
