Lovely pictures. I wonder if they could be improved by removing some of the blue and making the snow whiter. Either way, seems like a wonderful and peaceful place. Cheers.

Even an hour out and about with a goal in mind will create some great photos. You might try picking a theme, like rooftops, smiling faces, or doors. See what you get. Thank you for your comment.

Thank you. While framing the shot, I usually go with what feels right, but upon further examination they are composed using the rule of thirds. Keep up the good work and it will come.

Old barn wood certainly is being sold at a premium these days and being used for so many other projects. But, like you, it's believe it's great to be able to capture their beauty before being reclaimed.
