I think SPL should have the final say but the community can alert of any possible win trading. Maybe an elected person would be in charge of verifying any proclamations and then submitting to the SPL team

I get that many of us have or play multi-accounts, but I think only one account should be played at a time. Plenty of other games have and enforce this policy. No reason why SPL can't as well.
