I've fallen off the wagon a bit with that. Sounds like you're going a bit further than me. The study I read suggested 3 times 10 minutes which, when I get into th swing of it, is pretty easy to fit in.

It's also a better photo I think. I liked the first one best because of the stocks. I love their scent.

THey're not so great as cut flowers to be honest. I had to remove quote a lot flowers because they would be below water level if left on the stem. I'm not sure the flowers will last very long either since
