大福うなぎとは、「しば福や」で食べられる通常の1.5倍以上のサイズ（約500g）のうなぎ。同店は名古屋駅から徒歩圏内、風情ある街並み「四間道（しけみち）」からすぐにあります。凛と眩しい白地の暖簾に期待が高まる。大将の柴田さんは名古屋を代表する名店「うな富士」で15年腕を振るった方で、同店開業は2018年5月。「ミシュランガイド愛知・岐阜・三重 2019 特別版」ではビブグルマンを獲得（うなぎ店で星獲得店は無し）
