Thanks for the recipe. I'll have to try it out. My favorite is Spinach, Carrot, Apple, Celery and 1/2 a Beetroot. Ginger in juices works well as well but not too much.

Thanks for providing an alternate perspective. I've always found it telling that researchers haven't been able to replicated the supposed harmful effects of smoking in animals.

I've just joined and definitely want to produce quality content. Having said that it's better to get something out there then nothing at all. Once you give it a go you can adapt and make it better. Thanks
