Adding [so much] sugar does not actually make it better. I agree. I'm not keen on sugary coffee, and I don't mind a bitter coffee, either. What I find too much is a very earthy flavour that tastes 'muddy'.

It happens to the best of us! We all lose focus on our fitness routine. I think it's a good idea to mix up our activities so boredom doesn't set in. Also, it helps when you focus on the feeling you get

I'm surprised by that reaction from a product that looks mild. My favourite homemade scrub is made with coffee. I tend to do a milder one for my face than what I use on my body.:)
