Yes, it could be counted as you say. But I prefer to see the last move down as wave E instead of 2 because of its internal structure and its last very violent leg. Also my count can accommodate going lower

For my forecast to materialise we need one final leg down to around $8K which would mean 50% retracement of the last 5 weeks bull run.
