I want to have my own Hive community, but I worry about spam from outsiders. I'd like to have it open only for members to post. Optionally, I'd want to be able to have comments restricted as well to members

This may be a relatively simple question to a tech savvy witness, but a complicated question to most steemians. I don't know the answer to this question either, that's why I use the SteemHelp community
