Absolutely! I've realized that being negative about the shape we're in doesnt do any good either... Keep growing(shrinking or limitations) and taking the positive route.

It used to be because I lived in so-called "organized chaos" and my mind was that way as well. I did a ton of inner work last year and it has helped my mind stay clear and not run a million thoughts

I don't think it's necessarily "good or bad", there are some ways that we introverts have to find our own ways to communicate and get out there without totally depleting our energy and drive

That is so true about emails! You can even turn your social media posts and a snippet of blog/hive posts to your emails. Learned that tip from @jongolson!

Acknowledging that we have a problem is the first step! Now it's time to take action! We'll get a little better every day. It takes 90 something consecutive days to make something a habit. #accountability.
