Flooding the Canvas...or trying to!
i saw someone on youtube "flood the canvas" and i wanted to try it. it seems like a good idea that will cover the sides easier but i didn't use enough paint. eh, it's ok, the end result was stil

a smashed, angry butterfly...with a skull
i intended to do a butterfly after a previous negative space piece just happened to look like one. i posted the end result photo on facebook and everyone seemed to like it...and someone mentioned it looked

a little tile...a little paint...
i still had a few of those flooring sample tiles...so i'm gonna use them up! got some good results pouring and dipping...i love 'em! stay tuned for the finished product when they come together as a wall

it's good to be negative...with paint!
i tried another negative space piece...and i like it! i'm not too keen on the amount of splatter i made with the straw, however. i mean, wow, that paint splattered far and wide...all over the cabinet next

time to experiment!! what happens if...
I set out to experiment with a negative space pour without liquid around my pour cup...then I used the remaining paint to experiment on little "wood" samples of flooring we had around the house

It's a big one! A big 'ol acrylic pour!
This pour is 16" x 22" (or maybe it's 20"...shoot, now I'm not sure!) which is the biggest pour I've done so far...I really want to do one that's wall sized! Anyway, I ran out of white paint

I swiped some paint!
More acrylic pouring, this time using the swipe technique with a nice result! Next time I think I'll swipe in a swirling motion and see what happens! I forgot to empty my SD card so the video ends kinda

the results of the glow in the dark acrylic pour!
these turned out so cool! great for a kid's room! oh heck, great for adults too! they should be up on the Etsy store as soon as they're dry and varnished!

Glow in the Dark Acrylic Pouring...I love this stuff!!
This is the second video and I used glow in the dark paint. It's not too visible on camera but in person it glows! I'll have to upload some pics of them in the dark...It's just so cool! Check out my Etsy
