Indeed! The fog of war is so thick at the moment that it will take decades to get a somewhat clear picture of what actually went down. It's terrifying and fascinating at the same time.

You don't necessarily need special forces on the ground if you have eyes in the sky and enough range. The type of damage and accuracy could also point to either to HIMARS/M270 with appropriate ammunitions.
