because a post basically gets lost after 7 days, i find that i am not motivated to post new content. good quality content can sometimes take a week to create, an then for it to only have a few minutes

very interesting post, it reminds me of a method i have used were i would breath out the memory and emotion, sending it back to its source. this would be repeated until the memory had no emotional power

i have tried black rice the a few years back , but its super expensive, if i remember right it has a nutty flavored, but i had forgotten about it until this post reminded me.
