ANOTHER YEAR AT HIVE
One of the most important milestones in my life has been knowing the blockchain, but to be more specific, knowing Steemit, I think that by now we already know what happened and how that gave rise to Hive, because my development and evolution in the blockchain comes from the hand of Hive, yesterday it was 2 years old, almost the same as I have been a @splinterlands player, and a question arose "How far have I advanced on this platform, so it was a great day for me to make a cut, summarize and share the progress I've had in this great community, especially the projects that have emerged here, in nft gaming, as well as the way I celebrated the anniversary.
I was never much of sharing my life through a blog and I think that one of the reasons was that I did not find the right incentive and because I also suffer or suffered from something called impostor syndrome, something that I have gradually been solving. In Hive I found this motivation, I think I found an unexpected value that I never saw in any other community or social network.
And well, then I would like to list the projects I have, the progress and the objectives that I will set for the next anniversary.

NO HYPE RECORDS
In October 2020 we created the account of our record label No Hype Records (@nohyperec). No Hype is an independent label headquartered in Villahermosa, Tabasco Mexico whose mission is to support a prestigious, profitable and responsible musical production to invest in independent artists, creating a self-sustaining circle, in order to strengthen their capacities and individual strategies that maximize their talent. and integration into the entertainment industry.
Without fear of being wrong, I think we are one of the first Mexican music labels to have an active channel in the blockchain and to create an investment portfolio in the Hive network as part of our income system in the organization, something that makes us proud. and encourages us not to take our finger off this great line.
We started without any type of investment and today we have 832,217 HP, thanks to your support.
We talked a little about the model that we have in Hive for the organization and its artists, all the liquidation in Hive Dollars that is earned in the publications goes to the artist and $DEC from @splinterlands is reinvested to earn $SPS in turn the $ SPS is "staken" to earn more $SPS, in this way generate a kind of compound interest focusing only on the accumulation of tokens since we are betting in the long term, at this time we consider the income obtained in Hive as something extra but we trust that in a few years it will be our main source of income, the part that is earned in HP stays in the fund for the label, with the sole purpose of "Holding" for 5 years to increase our influence on the platform.

SPLINTERLANDS
As I told you, I almost started, I consolidated myself as an active player at the same time that Hive emerged and luckily it is where I did best, I already made a post about it, telling them about my experience and giving testimony of how incredible it has been for my Splinterlans.
To date I have been reinvesting in $DEC to increase my position in the daily airdrops of $SPS, although it has not been the way I proposed it since I sell most of the tokens that I generate daily to solve the expenses of the week, I am still betting and trusting in this great project.
I am currently ranking in the Gold League 2, I have a winrate of more than 50%, having already concluded more than 18 thousand battles.

QUISITE LÍDER EL PODCAST
The project that I like the most so far is my podcast, I think it has brought me back this ambition that I had when I was young and I knew rap or at least when I decided to rap for the first time, I know that it is just the beginning of something that it can be consolidated better but I am enjoying the process a lot.
At the moment I already have 11 individual episodes and 2 with guests.
Eventually, my intention is that there are several modalities of this, for example focused on streaming, such as gameplays, live music events, questions and answers, etc, but it is something that I still do not know much about how that format works, so I have problems starting them. . I accept advice about it to start.
Goals for before Hive's 3rd Anniversary:
1.- Do not stop any week.
2.- Start streaming project.
RISING STAR
The most recent project I joined is @risingstargame, it was one of those projects that no matter how much I saw I didn't decide to join, because no matter how much I entered the front I didn't understand it, but I realized it was because I didn't I had dedicated the necessary time to understand the mechanics, fortunately it turned out to be much easier than I imagined.
Just yesterday I managed to get over 2,000 skill points, and did the Saturday Headline mission that gives me access to the second part of the map and I've accumulated 23 nfts.

MY ANNIVERSARY GIFT
On this occasion I gave myself all the nft's of splinterlands CL rewards, to be more exact, many nft's to combine them and be able to have them at the necessary level of my summoners.

UN AÑO MAS EN HIVE
Uno de los hitos mas importantes en mi vida ha sido conocer la blockchain, pero para ser mas específico, conocer Steemit, creo que a estas alturas ya sabemos lo sucedido y como eso dio origen a Hive, por que mi desarrollo y evolución en la blockchain viene de la mano de Hive, ayer cumplió 2 años, casi los mismos que tengo de ser un jugador de @splinterlands, y me surgió una pregunta "Que tanto he avanzado en esta plataforma, así que se me hizo un gran día para hacer un corte, resumen y compartirles el avance que he tenido en esta gran comunidad, sobre todo los proyectos que han surgido aquí, en el nft gaming, así como la forma en que celebré el aniversario.
Nunca fui mucho de compartir mi vida a través de un blog y creo que una de las razones era que no encontraba el incentivo correcto y por que también sufro o sufría de algo llamado síndrome del impostor, algo que gradualmente he ido solucionando. En Hive encontré esta motivación, creo que encontré un valor inesperado que nunca vi en ninguna otra comunidad o red social.
Y bueno a continuación me gustaría listarle los proyectos que tengo, los avances y los objetivos que me propondré para el siguiente aniversario.

NO HYPE RECORDS
En Octubre del 2020 creamos la cuenta de nuestro sello discográfico No Hype Records (@nohyperec). No Hype es un sello independiente con cede en Villahermosa, Tabasco México que tiene como misión sostener una producción musical de prestigio, rentable y responsable para invertir en artistas independientes, creando un círculo autosustentable, para así fortalecer sus capacidades y estrategias individuales que maximicen su talento e integración en la industria del entretenimiento.
Sin miedo a equivocarme creo que somos uno de los primeros sellos de música Mexicana en tener un canal activo en la blockchain y en crear un portafolio de inversión en la red de Hive como parte de nuestro sistema de ingresos en la organización, algo que nos enorgullece y nos incentiva a no quitar el dedo de este gran renglón.
Iniciamos sin ningún tipo de inversión y hoy contamos con 832.217 HP, gracias a su support.

Como bien les comente casi inicie me consolidé como jugador activo a la par que surgía Hive y para fortuna es donde mejor me fue ya hice un post al respecto platicándoles mi experiencia y dando testimonio de lo increíble que ha sido para mi Splinterlans.
Al día de hoy he estado reinvirtiendo en $DEC para aumentar mi posición en los airdrops diarios de $SPS , si bien no ha sido de la forma en que me lo propuse ya que la mayoría de los tokens que genero diario los vendo para solventar los gastos de la semana, aun sigo apostando y confiando en este gran proyecto.
Actualmente me encuentro rankeando en la Liga Gold 2, tengo un winrate de mas del 50%, concluidas ya mas de 18 mil batallas.

QUISITE LÍDER EL PODCAST
El proyecto que mas me gusta hasta el momento es mi podcast, creo que tengo me ha traído de vuelta esta ambición que tenia cuando estaba joven y conocí el rap o al menos cuando decidí rapear por primera vez, se que apenas es el inicio de algo que se puede ir consolidando mejor pero estoy disfrutando mucho el proceso.
De momento tengo ya 11 episodios individuales y 2 con invitados.
Eventualmente mi intención es que existan varias modalidades de esto, por ejemplo enfocados en streaming, como gameplays, eventos de música en vivo, preguntas y respuestas, etc, pero es algo que aun no tengo conozco mucho como funciona ese formato entonces tengo problemas para iniciarlos. Acepto consejos al respecto para iniciar.
Objetivos para antes del 3er Aniversario de Hive:
1.- No parar ninguna semana.
2.- Iniciar proyecto de streaming.
RISING STAR
El proyecto mas reciente en el que ingresé es @risingstargame, era uno de esos proyectos que por mas que veía no me decidía a entrar, por que por mas que entraba al front no le entendía, pero me di cuenta que era por que no le había dedicado el tiempo necesario para entender la mecánica, para fortuna resulto ser mucho mas fácil de lo que me imaginé.
Apenas ayer logre superar los 2,000 puntos de skills, y de realizar la misión Saturday Headline que me da acceso a la segunda parte del mapa y he acumulado 23 nfts.
Objetivos para antes del 3er Aniversario de Hive:
1.- Acumular 1,000,000 de starbots para realizar la misión Starbits Millionarie
