On my health journey I was introduced to Dr Sebi's Lifestyle – Electric Alkaline Vegan Diet - Doing a low fodmap diet I thought that was ruff with limited food, trying Dr Sebi's it knocked off food groups and whole lot of food, which I can explain in other posts, as I'll try to focus on the subject at hand, as I'm known to go off track a lot.
When you see common food you know, like and can do things with it's exciting, when looking at the nutritional guide it was nice to see tomato's like an old friend, we use it salads with cucumber and onions which are both on the list also, tomato sauce – (found a super easy recipe that is really nice Italian tomato sauce ready in minutes made from scratch) for pasta which now gets put with chickpeas, but the issue was there was only two types of tomato's which where Cherry and Plum tomato's.

Don't ask me why but I didn't research what plum tomato's where and if they went by another name, so I was mainly using cherry but was eating other types of tomato's occasionally also when we didn't have cherry's.
Was watching a tv program, not surer if it was food factory or how they do it, but it was one of those type of show's, showing how sundried tomato's are made, that's when it hit me, the person explaining which type of tomato's they use was Plum tomato's, looking at the tomato's they looked like Roma tomato's that's when I searched and found yes they are both the same tomato – Yay!
Roma tomato's are quite easy to get and way more cheaper than cherry.
I'm not fully on Dr Sebi's guide at the moment, I was following to a T for a few months, it's something that will take a while to intergrade, but also doing these different diets for myself, I've come up with my direction of what type of foods that I want to fuel my body and which one's I don't and it basically comes down to I don't want to cause mucus, inflammation, and disease so what fuel can I use that can help to heal the damage in my body caused by those three already and to stop forming them.
