Congratulations to the winners of the CoinGecko 2019 Q1 Contest!
After releasing the 48-page report on April 17th, we organized a contest right here on Steem to share their thoughts about the report.
We’ve hit the 1000 follower mark! As promised in the contest post, we will up the contest prize! Instead of 3 winners, there will now be 5 winners.
We must apologise that it took us such a long time to send out the delegations to the winners. We have been running on overdrive for the past couple of weeks with some Major features being introduced to CoinGecko.com.
Without further ado, here are the winners who will receive a month-long delegation from us!
1st Prize: @bitrocker2020🥇

We highly recommend you watch his quick video where he succinctly break down some of the more complex ideas that require some ELI5 for beginners. If you are very new to cryptocurrencies but want to understand the Report better, this is the video to watch.
2nd prize: @cryptospa🥈
https://steemd.com/tx/14f9ae20a51a492e95aec835d24dab03f5e25381
@cryptospa did an amazing elaboration and explanation on one of the three main highlights from the report, Initial Exchange Offering. In it, you can read about how IEOs work from the perspective of a participant of one, where @cryptospa also shared his story about participating in an IEO on Huobi Prime.
3rd prize: @culgin🥉

https://steemd.com/tx/47061ff5329a1dbfa1faa71344210227a110d090
We liked @culgin’s quick take on token sales, which included IEO, ICO, STO and IPO. If you are new to the crypto space and wants to understand some of the subtle differences between each of the “O”s, @culgin’s post may help (note that opinions are his own). We also liked the handy graph he made to let you easily see the main differences between them.
4th prize: @newageinv🏅

We think @newageinv did a great job at expounding the information prepared by @dapp.com on decentralized applications. He also provided some fundamental analysis (opinions are his own) of each chain based on the performance.
5th prize: @flaxz 🏅

Would we ever expect our Report to would lead a Steemian setting up his own personal website? Not at all. But that’s exactly what happened to @flaxz! We’re so glad that the report provided him with actionable data (in a way) that he can benefit from.
We have issued out the contest delegation reward to the winners for a period of 1 month (30 days), which will last from May 21st 2019 to 00:00 18th June 2019. We hope the SP will be put to good use!
