##### _**WHAT YOU CAN POST HERE**_ Anything you can relate to any emotion, feeling, value, quality or virtue, as we recently [expanded the community niche.](https://inleo.io/@hive-102879/expansion-of-the-community-niche-ampliacin-del-nicho-de-la-comunidad-y1) You don't have to be a mental health professional to post, as you can always speak from your own experience and knowledge. You may want to bring a **theoretical post,** with technical language, a product of your own analysis, or something you learned. But as we also want to **see the practice,** you can bring experiences related to emotions, feelings, values, qualities and virtues. For example, some have posted about graduations, new jobs, moves, loss of loved ones, new ventures, experiences with other people, memories from the past, among others, *and relate it to one of the five things we mentioned at the beginning.* Excellent! **Art** on these topics is also allowed, in the form of music, writings, images or audiovisuals. Also, watch the volume of the images you use. What you write is what is really yours, authentic and original. In the end, it's that part that we want to be known and rewarded for. So it is good to avoid that other people's images can get more prominence in our post, either by quantity or size. ##### _**QUÉ SE PUEDE PUBLICAR AQUÍ**_ Todo lo que puedas relacionar con alguna emoción, sentimiento, valor, cualidad o virtud, ya que recientemente [ampliamos el nicho de la comunidad.]( https://inleo.io/@hive-102879/expansion-of-the-community-niche-ampliacin-del-nicho-de-la-comunidad-y1) No hace falta ser un profesional de la salud mental para publicar, ya que siempre puedes hablar desde tu propia experiencia y conocimiento. Tal vez quieras traer un **post teórico,** con lenguaje técnico, producto de tus propios análisis, o algo que aprendiste. Pero como también queremos **ver la práctica,** puedes traer las vivencias y experiencias relacionadas a emociones, sentimientos, valores, cualidades y virtudes. Por ejemplo, algunos han publicado sobre graduaciones, nuevos empleos, mudanzas, pérdida de seres queridos, nuevos emprendimientos, vivencias con otras personas, recuerdos del pasado, entre otras, *y lo relacionan con alguna de las cinco cosas que mencionamos al principio. ¡Excelente! **El arte** sobre éstos temas también es admitido, en forma de música, escritos, imágenes o audiovisuales. En resumen: **cualquier experiencia que puedas relacionarla con alguna emoción, sentimiento, valor, cualidad o virtud, puedes publicarlo aquí, además de arte y teoría sobre ellos.** ##### _**INDISPENSABLE: CREA BIEN EL TÍTULO DEL POST**_ **Identifica la emoción, sentimiento, valor, cualidad o virtud que deseas resaltar en tu post.** Puede ser la primera palabra, algo así: "**TRISTEZA** - La partida de mi abuelo". Sino, déjalo claro en un título como: "La **triste** partida de mi abuelo". Aunque a veces no sea sencillo encontrarlo, esforzarnos por encontrar uno para resaltarlo en el título y en el cuerpo del post ayuda a uno mismo como autor a identificar lo que sentimos, y también ayuda a los suscriptores a decidir si consume o no el contenido publicado.

##### _**IMÁGENES**_ **Si usas imágenes de terceros,** por favor, que sean liberes de copyright, como las que encuentran en Pixabay, Pexels, Unsplash y otros sitios web. Igual deberás dar el crédito correspondiente, usando el enlace específico de donde fueron tomadas, y no sencillamente la página de inicio del sitio de internet o del autor, tal como sugieren algunos post sobre [uso correcto de fuentes](https://inleo.io/@aliento/guia-basica-uso-correcto-de-las-fuentes-en-hive). También, cuida el volumen de las imágenes que usas. Lo que escribes es lo que realmente es tuyo, auténtico y original. Al final, es por esa parte que queremos ser conocidos y recompensados. De modo que es bueno evitar que las imágenes de otros pueden llegar a tener más protagonismo en nuestro post, sea por la cantidad o su tamaño. Así tu escrito será lo más importante, no las imágenes ajenas. **Si usas imágenes propias,** déjalo claro en algún lugar del post. Aunque te parezca obvio que son imágenes tuyas, no dejes que los demás lo supongamos. Hazlo saber. Además, adopta la costumbre de mencionar el modelo de teléfono o cámara fotográfica que usaste, así como el programa con el que las editas y retocas. Aunque respetamos el derecho que tiene cada autor en usar sus mismas imágenes en los lugares y frecuencia que vea conveniente, **preferimos cuando las imágenes son inéditas y no se han publicado antes.** Cuando los autores prefieren imágenes propias de buena calidad, inéditas y señalan sus equipos, aumenta tu credibilidad, transparencia y reconocimiento como buen creador de contenido. **Si hay menores de edad en tus imágenes propias,** es bueno que cuentes con la autorización de sus padres o representantes, y que lo dejes claro en algún lugar de tu publicación.

##### _**ETIQUETAS**_ **Usa etiquetas acordes con tu contenido.** Al principio de nuestro feed te sugerimos algunas. No es necesario que las uses todas a la misma vez. ##### _**TEMA DEL MES**_ **Se puede publicar sobre cualquier emoción, sentimiento, valor, cualidad o virtud, a pesar de que haya uno específico propuesto para un mes.** Si publicas cada mes sobre el tema propuesto de seguro podrás compartir conocimientos, investigaciones y experiencias valiosas con todos. Es una buena meta. **Pero recuerda: siempre podrás publicar sobre cualquier otro sentimiento o emoción cualquier día del mes.** Todas las semanas nos suceden cosas diferentes que nos hacen sentir de forma diferente. ##### _**COMENTARIOS**_ **Es una buena costumbre responder los comentarios que otras personas hacen en tus publicaciones.** Esfuérzate por hacerlo así. Por otro lado, leer y consumir el contenido de otros y les dejarles comentarios naturales y sinceros es una buena demostración de que no sólo estás pendiente de lo que puedes recibir de otros, sino que también estás pendiente de lo que otros publican, los dignificas y le das valor. Por eso, te invitamos a pasar regularmente por la comunidad e interesarte por el contenido de otros, y seguro que tendrás algo importante que decirles. ¡Es fácil saber quiénes lo hacen!
