An announcement came in today. We'll be going on a field trip. I didn't make it last year. Hope it turns out good this time. Earlier, I had a brief chat with Maria. I think she is doing very good now.

The nights are hot already. Way too hot. I sleep with A/C on. I saw Mike drinking a Coke earlier. Couldn't believe it... Decided to write more. Maybe I start a book.

The world is a funny place, When you think about it. People are using people, To get what they want. Sometimes it makes me sad to think about it. So I don't.

Annie is still in her room. All locked up. Everyone started talking. Nobody knows anything. Nurse Maria was the only one there. And she keeps the secret.

I feel like singing. Everything looks good today. I know it's just me. But, that's what it always is. I even ate pudding. Then I walked for an hour.

Time to go to bed. The best decision after a dragging evening. Chatter all over. This place never sleeps. It's understandable. The older you get, the less sleep you need.

Thunderstorm. But the air is still warm. I like rain. It washes away all sorrows. While everybody was watching TV, I was walking in the garden. Good move.

Mind games. That's what it all is. Wish the old times come back. At least for a little while. Everything became so superficial. Even laughter.

Never be late for the bus. If you are late, never run after it. It could apply to many things. Life is a circle. The sun always appears after the rain. So simple.

I played chess with George. Mike dozed off in the shade. Nurse Maria was happy. She smiled along all day. Some days are just as if painted by brush. Fine, gentle and soft one.

Not today. She didn't like the idea. I also asked George if he'd like to come with me. She just didn't let us in. Then we walked down the street. Had a beer.

I was at a mall. What a crowd. I felt like an ant. I bought a present for Annie. I'll visit her later on. She got us all worried. Nobody knows what's going on.

The pond is a wide lake to me. Wish there was more wind. Sitting in the shade. Loving life. Some days are just fantastic. Wish Annie leaves her room.

The moments of silence. Very short ones, still. Loud laughter from the street. Makes a day brighter. I had no wish to eat spaghetti. I drank some wine, instead.

The solid state of mind. The aimless wanderings through fate. The world is nobody's oyster. It never was. The force of nature reckons with all of us. It's completely alright.

Twighlight. Beautiful time. Annie is still in her room. It saddens me. She should talk to someone. Preferably me.

New day, new hope. I love to watch the sun through branches. Every moment is precious. Especially at my age. Annie didn't talk to anyone today. Not even me.

The say is humid. Even birds cannot sing. I've slept after lunch. Now I'll read a bit. Annie didn't leave her room all day. Hope she's fine.

I've slept badly last night. I didn't get much sleep. I was anxious, sleepless for no reason. Some nights are just like that. The morning was sunny. Sunlight made all the difference.

Everyone was cheerful today. It should be more subdued on Memorial Day. Lunch was dignified. I like that. Too bad politicians are sending this great country straight to hell.
