2021年就要过去了，并没有特别重要的事情发生，只是两天前我左脚后跟以上的肌腱有些疼痛，我以为过两天就会好了，因为活动一阵疼痛会减轻，但我错了，今天反而更严重些了，应该是老毛病痛风发作了，痛风差不多有十个月左右没有犯了，所以我在饮食方面有些大意，说到痛风大家一定要尽量不吃海鲜、啤酒和动物内脏，另外最主要的要加强运动锻炼。
