Switcheo.Exchange, NEO's first decentralized NEP5-compatible token exchange, was a relatively unknown ICO. While not nearly as hyped as the NEON Exchange to be released in several months, there are some exciting aspects to this project that have me very optimistic about the potential value it could add to the NEO ecosystem, and in turn am very bullish on the price action of the SWH token utilized by this exchange.

SWH tokens are similar to the Binance coin (BNB) in terms of how they are used. Tokens are burned as a trading fee for users who choose to use them on the exchange, providing for a 50% discount on each trade. This mechanic creates a decrease in the circulating supply of SWH tokens and to me, that indicates the potential for these tokens to increase in value so long as there is even a modest amount of volume. On that note - the exchange already has more volume than not only EtherDelta, but another hyped decentralized exchange - the WAVES DEX.
WAVES dex, trading currently at roughly a $550 million dollar marketcap, has actually less than 1/3rd the volume of the Switcheo exchange! Now, disclaimer, I own a bit of WAVES, but I traded damn near all of them for Switcheo when I realized this. Switcheo has JUST come out, and is already outperforming "heavy hitters" like the WAVES DEX. To me, this is not a reflection of WAVES as a DEX, i found it to be one of the most aesthetically pleasing and usable clients out there. What this indicates from my perspective is the simple fact that the Switcheo exchange is home to some of the most exciting tokens on the market - NEP5 tokens, and they will have a bit of a monopoly on all these tokens in the near future simply for adding them sooner.
At the present moment, EFX (effect.ai) tokens are exclusive to Switcheo.exchange. In the near future, Concierge.io tokens will be listed, only on Switcheo.exchange. In a few months, QRC20 (QTUM tokens) will be supported by Switcheo, and in several months, ERC20. NEX has a lot of hyped features, but if Switcheo.exchange can release these capabilities before NEX, I think it has huge potential as a niche exchange for the savvy crypto trader who wants to get everything as quickly and securely as possible, before the crowd.
For all these reasons, I hold big heavy bags of Switcheo that I will be holding indefinitely. Target to sell half at the 100 mil mcap, but will be keeping the rest just in case this becomes a cornerstone of the NEO ecosystem (and I truly believe it will!)
