Today's Creative Work Hour mini-meditation brings in awareness of the stuff that needs doing in your work and addresses your relationship to it.
We start our work each day with a new one. Using only three rounds of breaths we mindfully consider what we claim more of and what we can let go of. Here was today's guided "mini-medi."
Breathing in, we drop the burden of responsibilities and take in the characteristic of weightlessness.
Breathing out we let go of assuming things are difficult.
After the rounds of breaths, ask yourself,
"What would this thing I'm doing feel like if it were easy?" 💝
