I’m glad you felt peace as you wrote out your last piece of 2018 biza, that’s a good internal feeling, I’m glad you had it as you stepped through, like you’ve said before jan straight shot now, I’m in that coffee and granola daily mindset, add a bit of supplements, a side order of banana and job’s a good un — got my eye on that van now more than ever which means long hours and grind, but that’s ok, that’s what life is after all right?! :)
Well here is 2019, kinda looks like 2018, I guess it will for a little while during the country wake up period — I know a lot of people will be heading to sales, diy places and will spend the time finishing off the alcohol and tidying up the house, I’m sure many Christmas trees are already taken down across the land.
Ooo, you supplied me with some tunes again, let’s go with those chilled/retrowave ambient beats, these certainly allow me to turn things straight to eleven, these are the best times to do it too, while everyone is in that muddy headspace, hung over, desperately seeking sandwiches I’m stepping up to the plate and recording, that’s my mapped out day, I’ve got a bit of client work I can be jumping into as well to finish off with today, but other than that I’m straight focused, I gotta put my list together today what I’m working on for this week which will set me up for the week.
Considering streaming this week as well on vimm as I work on stuff, when I feel the mood to fire up the camera and work on some graphics and animations and such like I can stream for that, it’s another way of being accountable for a block of time, I certainly want to have that as part of my day/week in 2019 where streaming is part of it, mainly because I think it’s a good way to catch up with people in a native environment, a bit like how Saturday’s became msp waves tune in days.
Ha! Yeah at some point in the next few years we will have to make that new year roll over something profound, maybe that’s high up somewhere watching the sunrise together as I work my magic on a portable stove with some eggs for breakfast or something, nice glass of something to celebrate the moment and then off to the next location to sleep for the day and wake up early evening for a local lunch at a very quaint pub somewhere in the Peak District — that’s what I’m thinking anyway :)
Yep, we totally did crush the 31 days of goals, those things really do have epic momentum to them, they set the parameters for the momentum — I’m afraid to say it but that’s just the starting gate, it’s now about packaging the time in each day to ship/deliver each day on the intention, now we know the infrastructure works it’s time to start building out the little MVP’s as we go — you have ya e-books, I wanna do the t-shirt site over so it’s super sharp and so fresh and so clean which means I’ll need your minimal eye, it’s time to take all that client lookbook styling knowledge, order a bunch of those tops and get out there in the world for photo daysssss! :)
If there is one I love doing with you it’s walks with breakfast, swims, hot chocolates with a side order of hot and spicy ramen as we both inhale and have crying eyes together as we watch something classic, like you’ve said many times, I have super confidence in the US to deliver when we both have each other’s energy around.
Ugh, I’m so glad you are finding some kind of life equilibrium darling, that pleases me more than any material thing on this planet, the fact that you found some kind of internal acceptance that you were pushing to bring out a better version of yaself each day, I’m always down for that to happen, I’m always ready to shed skin and it’s a constant balance/battle to re-adjust to a new future, instead of survival mode, living in the moment and attracting the positive energy in, filtering the negative.
Cray Cray your on the mat twice a day, that must feel awesome to open yaself up like that and have that mid day reboot energy, I think you’ve played that challenge perfect, seems like you’ve found the perfect instructor as well ya know? That other one seemed to destroy you, it was too intensive.
I think the ‘playing the part’ of dayle thing happens to everyone, we seem to get slotted into our roles, we don’t question them, we go along with it because people know us as x, y, z — the ways that changes is when you really start to hone in on yourself, who you are, what your capable off, when you make changes to health and foods, the clarity that comes from that, it’s like it removes the grease proof paper and you see the piece in full quality and glory, ready to be picked out of the perfect mould, shedding that life journeys skin and stepping into ANOTHER REALM.
that’s something I’ll always be thankful for, to have insights or gut instincts when it’s time to adapt, move or change, when it’s time to pack up the tents and find another folly to be foolish in, away from the concrete jungle in between the brooks and streams somewhere where the goats are mean and the cows give you disapproving looks — that’s where the good stuff is, where the human body can truly connect with the very soil we born on top off, after all we are all from meteors and stardust biza.
Oh man that was a crazy moment, I had to come and find you that time, it’s like it was unfinished or something, I was in bits, but I knew and when you know you’ve already won, told you, maybe in another life time we were already on this path, we just mixed the streams and here we are, time travelling portal jumping mother f’ers like we are eh, you can be my looper anytime! :)
Well, it’s around that time where I look down and realise that I’ve drank all the coffee and my granola has finally given in to the sheer will of the yogurt that it’s soaked in and started to break down softer to the wetness to come, the perfect nomming temperature, I’ll be going IN on that shortly and then it’s straight into client mode I think, wanna get that locked up and locked in then back to recording course parts, do a little day one vlog and I’m golden.
I love you very much, your a ray of sunshine in an often dark world but you’ve already given me so much that everyday is a sprint towards making you know how much you’ve always meant to me in this place and the next — remember slow start today, lots of water, relaxing yoga and maybe this track to get yaself started.
