Hi Girls-N-Guys! Everybody!
It certainly has been awhile since I posted a video hasn't it?! Well... The waiting is finally over! I sat on this little production for a good number of months but today's the day... Part II of the Time Traveler Push-Up's is here and now! (Part III will follow... in time. I'm pacing myself these days! lol!)
I know that the #Seven77 Challenge is officially concluded but frankly... I don't give a damn about that! I pulled out all the stops and did my absolute best during the challenge... Getting 2 and 3 hours of sleep back to back nights some times. And yeah! After Day 70 I also crashed and burned (even after doing a #DoubleBack!) but that doesn't matter anymore now does it! What matters is that I stay true to myself and true to all of you all! I'm still working towards finishing my #Seven77 Challenge.
The #Seven77 Initiative was the brain child of a wonderful Steemian by the name of @NathanMars. Nathan had this idea that we could solidify all Steemian's together and push the price of Steem up to $7.77 by getting everybody, world wide, to do a video of themselves doing 7 things for 77 days. Posting these videos to our Twitter accounts with the aim of publicly showing our friends on Twitter the potential of the Steem Blockchain was the goal we all set.
We all pulled together collectively with dedication and resolve shooting, editing, and posting our videos and I know that we all made a difference... Because by using the heck out of the Steem Blockchain we showed people what was possible... And you know what... Here we are! We haven't given up! We are still sitting pretty making our posts, telling our friends about Steem, and throwing our financial capital into this revolutionary crypto concept.
It's still a baby idea... And as such we shouldn't expect the platform to get up early and feed us just yet. We need to let this idea mature and grow strong. (Don't most solid business's acumulate 7 years of capital before they begin to expect the profit margins to switch from down to up?) We need to continue finding strong hands that buy Steem and don't sell out. You wouldn't expect a baby to feed you and so this idea needs the time to grow up. It's going to happen because it's a good idea right?! I believe it so anyways! Together we can make that happen... In the spirit of #Seven77 we can effect change if we are persistent and never give up... on each other!
So on that note... A BIG AUDACIOUS SHOUT OUT to @NathanMars for organizing the #Seven77 Initiative! Thank you brother! You inspired me to kick off my #Seven77 Challenge and that meant putting myself through self imposed/self taught Video Boot Camp! I have shot lots of video and I have some experience in front of and behind the camera... But editing video... Well, up until the #Seven77 Challenge, I had never attempted that! I can honestly say that now I have the confidence to take on most any video project from shooting to editing! For me that's major growth in the direction of my dreams! Feels pretty good to have this under my belt! So yeah! Thank you Nathan and a special thank you to each and every one of you who did the @Seven77 Challenge with me! I am sure glad I said, "Why not now?!" and just decided to do it!
