
Thanks for watching my day 17. Today is another arm day. Today's exercises were..
band assisted chin ups,
band assisted dips,
(today I removed 1 band, and I am excited about that)
suspension bicep curls,
suspension tricep extensions,
reverse bicep curls,
single arm flex curls,
suspension tricep push downs,
chest tap curls,
reverse chest tap curls
I am very excited that I was able to remove a band from my chin ups, 1 down 2 to go.
