You asked for the harshest training I can give you so you can grow stronger? Are you sure about this? I would say it'll be hell, but I'd be lying. You'll have to look UP if you want to see hell. -- Anon Guest
Part One: Sleep Schedule.
Up at four in the morning no matter the season. Bullied into bathroom, bathing, and breakfast in that order. Then off to a brisk run over a set obstacle course as fast as possible. With your teacher close behind. By the way, that course changes randomly, so don't get complacent.
Press-ups. Pull ups. Going on the oblique machine. Going on the rowing machine. Then another piping-hot shower before a thorough massage to be sure all those muscles work the next morning.
You're going to work all sixteen hours you're awake.
Part Two: Diet
Three meals a day, perfectly balanced and planned to contain all the essentials necessary to build both body and mind.
You'd better believe that mind is included. You are not going to become a muscle-bound ignoramus. Not on my watch.
Part 3: Study
Strategy. Sociology. Cultures apart from your own. Regardless of your strength or skill, the best fight is one that you don't have to. So you're also learning diplomacy and negotiation.
If you know how to read body language, you know how to know your opponent's intent. Planning is half the key to winning a fight, and planning on the fly is better than that.
Part 4: Mental Health
You have issues. You wouldn't be asking for this if you didn't have issues. Be it a goal, a fear, or an ideal, I will find the truth. Improving yourself in all areas will make you strong.
Knowing how and why your brain puts you on the paths it does can help you hack your brain. Giving you an angle on how to self-motivate gives you an edge against your own self-sabotage.
If you know how to win against your own inner self, then those on the outside cannot do the same.
Part 5: Skill
You will train in every possible fighting style. Unarmed, armed, and in improvised weaponry. You will learn dexterity as well as strength. You will learn how to fight with anything.
You will be strong, yes, but strength is not everything. You will also be smart and nimble.
When you can beat me... that is when your training is done.
