The potato experiment say what?

3 months ago I began a potato experiment. Potatoes where sprouted what can you do about that throw away? Well I had a few buckets left bought some soil and planted 4 sprouted potatoes per bucket.

Well here we are 3 months later and the first harvest. This is from 4 potatoes which had been thrown away. The ground was just the standard ground, without additional manour. So the potatoes aren't that big.
Personally without any attention and lot of care other than watering it is a great harvest from only a 5litres bucket.
I have 3 more of those buckets and one hydrosubstrate bucket. Why hydrosubstrate? Well it's like this, you can only use once every 4 years the ground for potatoes because of the potato sickness. With hydrokorrel you don't have any problems because it isn't ground. The only problem will be feeding the potatoplant so it gives you lots of potatoes. Only water and normal feeding won't be enough. I have 1 bucket with hydrosubstrate to test the outcome.

What if I would use ground. Well 5 litres times 4 is 20 litres a year per bucket. I would need 320 litres ground and manour in total for the potatoes allone. Okok I could use the ground for other things like unions carrots etcetera but I also coukd do that in the hydrosubstrate.
No ground no pests so an all-out better result because of no pesticide usage.

Well I'm exited about the result and will be building on thus experience.
