One of the secrets of health is by exercising the body. A lots of people especially the youth are suffering from chronic diseases like, hypertension, stroke, sexual weakness, just to mention few. I cannot mention only diseases without forgetting obesity. The reason is just easy to comprehend, they don't exercise the body.
As humans as we are, the food we eat daily turns to be a poison for our body, therefore in order to remove those metabolic waste is by indulging ourselves in exercises.
I am not a doctor, neither a physiotherapy. However, I am into body building. Some people think when you hit gym, its because your aim is to build your muscles and use it to bully people around. But that's far from the truth. Hitting the gym at least trice a week is a form of exercising the body to keep your body into good shape and form.
When you exercise the body at least every morning before you get to your daily activities, it helps the blood to circulate well through your body. Notwithstanding, the sweat that comes out from your body is a result of unwanted waste from the body. Again, exercise helps your heart to beat normal. Some people suffers from hypertension at an early stage of their life because they don't exercise the body to help the heart beat normal as it is.
Exercising the body again makes you feel good of yourself. When you walking with your chest out, it gives u more confidence to walk around. There are a lots of benefits we get from exercising the body. Lets start doing it and it will help keep us into good health.
Exercising the body is not only about hitting the gym. You can do variety of exercises by running, skipping, jumping, jogging, playing football, push ups, squatting and many more.
