- Buenas noches queridos hives, bienvenidos de nuevo a mi blog! A continuación, les explico como preparar un "exquisito pollo con manzana, calabacín y pimientos caramelizados". Esta receta es MUY versátil, pueden complementar con infinidad de contornos, en mi caso acompañe con: puré de patatas y ensalada de tomates. Espero disfruten el proceso de esta saludable y nutritiva receta, empecemos!
- INGREDIENTS: chicken breast, 1 red apple, 1 zucchini, 1/2 bell pepper (preferably red), 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, pepper, ginger powder, turmeric, 1 teaspoon of butter and salt.
- INGREDIENTES: pechuga de pollo, 1 manzana roja, 1 calabacín, 1/2 pimiento (preferiblemente rojo), 1 cucharada de azúcar morena, pimienta, jengibre en polvo, cúrcuma, 1 cucharadita de mantequilla y sal.
- We cut the chicken breast into fillets... Season with pepper, turmeric, ginger powder, and salt. Cover and let marinate for 25 minutes to coat the seasoning. Fry over medium heat until browned on both sides and check that they're done. Set aside for use in the final step.
- Cortamos la pechuga en filetes... Sazonamos con: pimienta, cúrcuma, jengibre en polvo y sal. Tapamos, dejamos macerar durante 25 minutos para que se impregnen bien con el aderezo. Sofreímos a fuego "medio", hasta que se doren por ambos lados y comprobemos que están listas. Reservamos para utilizar en el paso final.
- Add a touch of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of butter to a nonstick skillet. Sauté the zucchini and peppers (season with salt and pepper). When the zucchini skin has turned slightly golden, add the apple.
- Agregamos un toquesito de aceite de oliva, junto con 1 cucharadita de mantequilla a un sartén antiadehrente... Sofreímos el calabacín y los pimientos (salpimentamos). Cuandola piel del calabacín haya tomado una textura ligeramente dorada, colocamos la manzana.
- Next, we add 1 tablespoon of brown sugar along with 1/2 cup of water. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until all the ingredients have reached the right consistency. Add the reserved chicken and cook over low heat for 3 minutes, enough time to coat it well with our succulent sauce.
- A continuación, integramos 1 cucharada de azúcar morena, junto con 1/2 taza de agua. Cocinamos a fuego "medio", mezclando de forma ocasional, hasta comprobar que todos los ingredientes tomaron la consistencia adecuada. Incorporamos el pollo que teníamos reservado cocinamos a fuego "medio-bajo" durante 3 minutos, tiempo suficiente para que se impregne bien con nuestra suculenta salsa.
