On the other hand, today I want to present you some Mini Oatmeal, Banana and Raisin Cakes, they are a type of sandwich that can be perfect to eat for breakfast, snacks or when we feel like a snack. I cannot claim that they are totally healthy, because I have incorporated a couple of ingredients that are often dismissed as "bad", but we can well exclude them and form a recipe more focused on the healthy theme.

Mini Cakes have positive characteristics that make them stand out as potential family favorites, including:

Significant reduction of carbohydrates, because the common wheat flour is replaced and, where appropriate, oatmeal is used.
You can cancel the use of sugar, because banana or banana has been incorporated, and it is a fruit that provides sweetness naturally.
The elaboration is fast, completely manual. In just minutes of mixing, you will obtain the ideal consistency to put in the oven.

- En los moldes, son pequeños y redondos, miden 10 centímetros de diámetro. Si no posees de estos, bien puedes usar también los que generalmente se usan para ponquesitos o cupcakes. A cada molde le vamos a pincelar con margarina, seguidamente espolvoreamos con un poco de harina de avena. Damos unos golpes secos para retirar el exceso de harina. Agregamos porciones de la mezcla en cada molde. Por último solo nos resta llevar al horno, que ya debe estar precalentado. La temperatura general es de 180 grados, retiramos del horno cuando la masa deja de ser líquida, para convertirse en una deliciosa torta. Verificamos la cocción al pinchar con un tenedor o palillo y sale totalmente limpio. Observaremos también, que el centro se vuelve turgente.
- Para el desmolde, esperamos a que tomen la temperatura ambiente. Se desmoldan facilmente con algunos golpes secos. Bien podemos guardarle para mantener la frescura con papel film, o quizás envolver con papel especial para comida. ¡Quedan monísimos!
