¡Feliz viernes abejitas! ☕💫Espero que se encuentren muy bien, como les comenté en el post anterior estoy haciendo postres con coco y chocolate para un festival que tendrá mi hijo en el colegio. Hoy probé haciendo unas trufas de chocolate cubiertas con coco. Hice pocas porque sería una prueba 🤭
📝 Ingredientes:
●🍪 5 paquetitos de galletas María
● 1/2 Pote de leche condensada
● 🍫1/4 de Tableta de Chocolate para postre
● 🥥Coco Rallado
● 1 Cda de Aceite
👩🏻🍳 Preparación:
1.- Abrimos los paquetes de galletas y los volvemos harina con ayuda de un procesador o la licuadora, colocamos la harina de galletas en un bowl y reservamos.

📝 Ingredients:
●🍪 5 packets of Maria cookies.
● 1/2 pot of condensed milk
● 🍫1/4 Chocolate Tablet for dessert.
● 🥥Cocoa Shredded Coconut
● 1 Tbsp Oil
👩🏻🍳 Preparation:
1.- We open the packages of cookies and turn them into flour with the help of a food processor or blender, place the cookie flour in a bowl and set aside.
2.- Cortamos el chocolate en trozos y lo ponemos en una olla para derretirlo en el baño de María, agregamos la leche condensada y vamos removiendo, hasta disolver todos los grumos del chocolate.
2.- Cut the chocolate into pieces and put it in a pot to melt it in a double boiler, add the condensed milk and stir until all the chocolate lumps are dissolved.
3.- Añadimos el chocolate derretido a la harina de galletas y mezclamos bien con ayuda de una paleta, hasta formar una masa.

4.- Nos colocamos un poquito de aceite en las palmas de las manos, vamos tomando pequeñas porciones de la masa y formamos bolitas tratando de hacerlas todas del mismo tamaño.

5.- En un bowl colocamos suficiente coco rallado y agregamos las bolitas de chocolate para rebozarlas, retiramos y colocamos en una superficie.

6.- Refrigeramos por unos 30 minutos y servimos ya sea en capacillos o en un plato para degustar.

Estas trufas de galletas con chocolate y coco son una delicia, además de ser un postre súper fácil de realizar donde pueden participar los niños. Con esta cantidad de ingredientes salieron 18 unidades pequeñas, si desean hacer mayor cantidad tendrían que utilizar al menos un paquete completo de galletas. Probare otro postre con los ingredientes principales del festival para que mi chipilin los lleve al colegio 😉.
These chocolate and coconut cookie truffles are a delight, besides being a super easy dessert where children can participate. With this quantity of ingredients I made 18 small units, if you want to make a larger quantity you would have to use at least a full package of cookies. I will try another dessert with the main ingredients of the festival for my chipilin to take to school 😉.
