This time I bring you a dish that, although plantain is very well known here in my country and especially in my city, is a delicacy of the gods to me. I am a fan of plantains in all their forms, but this time I prepared it baked and then filled it with ham and cheese and believe me, it was incredible. I hope you like it.
Hola apreciados amigos, un placer seguir compartiendo con ustedes, en esta ocasión les traigo un plato que si bien acá en mi país y más en mi ciudad es muy conocido el plátano para mí es un manjar de dioses, yo soy fanática del platano en todas sus expresiones, pero está vez lo preparé horneado y luego lo rellene con jamón y queso y créanme quedó increíble, espero les guste.
Ingredients:
1 large banana, ripe but still firm.
A few slices of ham.
A few slices of mozzarella cheese.
Ingredientes:
1 plátano grande maduro pero aún duro.
Unas lonjas de jamón.
Unas lonjas de queso mozzarella.
Preparation:
Peel the plantain and bake it. Once it's fully baked, remove it, cool it slightly, and then cut it in half. Cut the ham and cheese slices and fill it. Try to seal it slightly and serve it with some olive slices. 🫒 This way, it's incredible. The sweetness of the plantain, the saltiness of the cheese and ham, and the contrast of the acidity of the olives are delicious.
Preparación:
Pelamos el platano y lo ponemos a hornear, al estar bien horneado lo sacamos, lo refrescamos un poco y lo abrimos por la mitad, cortamos las lonjas de jamón y de queso y lo rellenamos, tratamos de cerrarlo un poco y lo acompañamos con unas rodajas de aceituna 🫒 de esta manera queda increíble, el dulzor del platano, el salado del queso y el jamon con el contraste de la acidez de las aceitunas es riquísimo.
