I love to combine them with ingredients that provide benefits to our body such as carrots that are rich in vitamin A and carotene ideal for the skin and eyesight, spinach is low in calories and a source of vitamins, protein, iron and minerals. This recipe is easy to make and economical and ideal to enjoy for dinner or a tasty breakfast. Here is the step by step.
Hoy preparé unas deliciosas panquecas de zanahoria acompañadas de un salteado de espinacas y queso para consentir a mi hijo que le encanta y uso verduras para darle un toque más nutritivo. Me encanta combinarlas con ingredientes que aporten beneficios a nuestro organismo como la zanahoria que es rica en vitamina A y caroteno ideal para la piel y la vista, la espinaca es baja en calorías y fuente de vitaminas, proteínas, hierro y minerales. Esta receta es fácil de hacer y económica e ideal para disfrutarla en la cena o en un sabroso desayuno. Aquí tienes el paso a paso.
02 cups of wheat flour, 01 cup of milk, 200 grams of spinach, 01 egg, 01 onion, 01 carrot, 01 tablespoon of margarine, 01 teaspoon of turmeric, 1/4 cup of sugar, c/n cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
