Querido y gentil lector, pareciera que fuera ayer, cuando en la red social Twitter, en la que no llevaba mucho tiempo, encontré por primera vez la blockchain de HIVE. Llegué a la mencionada red social, después de varios vídeos del canal de YouTube "Bachecubano", donde el youtuber Erich García lleva una comunidad tecnológica. Tenía puesta la mira, con el objetivo de seguir a toda la comunidad cubana, cripto entusiasta.
Emprendedores de los cuales, personalmente, pretendía, más que nada, nutrir mi conocimiento del tema, basado en sus experiencias. No era nuevo en este mundo de las criptomonedas, pero sí confieso que no me encontraba en el camino correcto.
Ya les había comentado anteriormente, que conocí las mismas, pudiera decir que por la puerta de atrás. Guiado en este fin por la búsqueda de un ingreso extra, que ayudara un poco a mi economía. Fui tentado como a muchos tras escuchar los cantos de sirenas, dejándome llevar por cuanto esquema piramidal se cruzaba en mi camino.

I was tempted like many others after listening to the siren songs, letting myself be carried away by any pyramid scheme that crossed my path.

De los cuales no existe necesidad de mencionar, pues cada uno de ellos fue una nueva experiencia. Y aunque la mayoría funcionaba atrayendo personas a invertir, tengo la dicha de que me sobran los dedos de las manos, para contar las personas que arrastré a dichos esquemas.
No lamento nada, pues aunque fue una etapa manchada por las estafas inminentes, nunca me quedé con lo que me decían. Siempre quise aprender de dónde salía todo, que era bitcoin, blockchain, wallet, mercado financiero, trading. Hasta que entendí que todo era un engaño, pero, sin embargo, a pesar de todo lo que hemos vivido desde ese entonces, los conozco que aún no vencen esa enfermedad, cazando cuanta página nueva sale.
Luego de haber estado en varios de estos supuestamente "prometedores negocios", que usaban el gran auge del crecimiento de las criptomonedas, con el único fin de huir con nuestro dinero. Decidí que era el final, no invertiría más de mi tiempo, ni mi dinero, en algo oscuro.

After having been in several of these supposedly "promising businesses", that used the great boom of the growth of cryptocurrencies, with the only purpose of running away with our money. I decided it was the end, I would not invest any more of my time, nor my money, in something obscure.

Mucho menos contaba con un equipo potente de minería, que me permitiera dedicarme en este trabajo con alguna blockchain, algo que ni en sueños sería opción para un cubano. El trading tampoco fue una vía falible, pues podrías estudiar toda la vida sobre el tema. Pero debes contar con la fuerza, los nervios de acero necesarios para lograr tus metas, practicarlo me permitió entender el mercado, pero no era lo mío.
No fue hasta, como les había comentado, que encontré un Twitter sobre HIVE, de la mano de @hivecuba. Por medio de su biografía me uní a su comunidad en Telegram, allí fui observando sus conversaciones, aprendido de los tutoriales que compartían. Sin estar listo aún me uní a HIVE, el resultado de esta equivocación, se refleja en mi primera cuenta en la red social, vagando en un mar de blockchain al perder las llaves.

Without being ready yet I joined HIVE, the result of this mistake is reflected in my first account in the social network, wandering in a sea of blockchain when I lost the keys.
Precisamente hoy que decido hacer mi primer Power Up Day, noto que estoy a nada más que un mes, de cumplir el año en mi presente usuario de HIVE. Me crea un tanto de nostalgia, pues ha sido mi modesto tiempo dedicado a este camino, de la creación de contenido. Donde lo que más me emociona, es el hecho de que cada día se aprende algo nuevo.
Llegué a la colmena con un fin monetario, es la realidad, no lo escondo, me costaría mucho aprender que no era el camino. HIVE no es un Facebook que paga dinero, no existe el dinero fácil, y puede ser frustrante si llegas con estos pensamientos acá. Lo peor que pudiera suceder, es quedarse en el camino, "guindando los guantes" sin tan siquiera intentarlo.
Como a varios de los que se dejaron cegar por la necesidad, sin lograr ver con sus propios ojos, el verdadero potencial. Me dejé guiar por los grandes amigos de la comunidad HiveCuba, que amablemente se convirtieron en maestros, tutores a los que agradezco mi travesía. Fue cuando me enfoqué en el contenido, dejando atrás el deseo de la monetización, que llegaron los resultados.

Porque HIVE es mucho más que eso, mi querido amigo, se ha convertido para este servidor, en la escuela, hogar, ese sitio de confort donde he tenido la dicha de conocer muchas personas. De las cuales disfruto leer sus historias, comentarios, ya que en HIVE la interacción es clave. Se refleja en el cariño que le das, ese amor que recibes de manera recíproca por tu aporte.
Creo que se sobran los motivos, para seguir brindando de mi tiempo a la colmena, compartir lo aprendido con alguien más. Que aunque no recibes nada monetario por hacerlo, es esta parte precisamente lo que más me gusta de HIVE, en la que aún trabajo en perfeccionar cada día.
