Hello friends, I joined a gym a few months ago and it's been almost 4 months since I started going to the gym. I want to tell you about my body, my workouts and how I am changing my body.
Friends, today I would like to tell you about my daily workout and also how I do it.
So friends, my workout starts at 5:30 am. This is my everyday wake up time. The gym is about 10 to 12 kms from my house. I go there on my bike.
Today my workout starts with back day in the gym in which I train each part of my body every day in the gym, so today I trained my back part of the body with warm-up in which I trained each joint of my body. Due to which there is no pressure on the body, which helps a lot in workouts.
First I do pull-ups, which I do in 3 sets of 10 repetitions.
After that I do barbell with 15 kg weight for 3 sets with 10 repetitions in which after every set I keep increasing the weight by 5 kg in which my last set goes till failure and I keep doing it till failure.
I do my workout like this, after that I start doing 3 sets of lat pull downs with 10 repetitions on my machine
I then perform 3 sets and 10 repetitions of the cable row in the same manner. All of my exercises consist of 3 sets and 10 repetitions with the final set being performed until failure.
I do all the exercises in this manner. While exercising, we should also keep the following things in mind so that our muscles do not face any problems.
Do 5-10 minutes of light cardio and dynamic stretching before any back workout.
Maintaining proper form is important to avoid injury and effectively target the muscles.
Lift the weight in a controlled motion rather than jerking it up and down.
Gradually increase the weight, reps, or sets over time so your muscles are continually challenged and growing.
