Hello dear sports community of #Hive and especially to the @sportstalksocial community, today again a server bringing you the most practiced routines for weightlifting lovers and people who want to maintain an ideal physical condition to look and feel good. Today at the Power Cross Gym in the city of Villa de Cura we did a routine for the legs, we will work the quadriceps muscle with an exercise called "Sentadilas Hack".

Always remembering that before performing any physical activity is necessary to warm up the areas to be exercised in order to avoid injuries and sprains that could damage our routine and therefore our health, hydrate sufficiently and rest to regain strength again, without further ado let's know what this interesting routine is about.

Hola querida comunidad deportiva de #Hive y muy en especial a la comunidad de @sportstalksocial , hoy nuevamente un servidor trayéndoles las rutinas más practicadas por los amantes del levantamiento de pesas y personas que quieran mantener un estado físico ideal para verse y sentirse bien. Hoy en el Gimnasio Power Cross de la ciudad de Villa de Cura tocó hacer una rutina para las piernas, trabajaremos el músculo cuadriceps con un ejercicio que lleva por nombre "Sentadilla Hack".

Recordando siempre que antes de realizar cualquier actividad física es necesario realizar un calentamiento previo de las zonas a ejercitarse a fin de evitar lesiones y torceduras que pudieran perjudicar nuestra rutina y por ende nuestra salud, hidratarse lo suficiente y descansar para reponer nuevamente las fuerzas, sin más preámbulos vamos a conocer de que se trata esta interesante rutina.

The Routine...

As you can see in the images and in the video reference of YOUTube the exercise consists of flexing our legs leaning on a base that has the machine to push our body up the weight of the discs. The shoulders supported on a device next to the legs push up the weight but at an incline bending our knees horizontally to the body, then we return to the legs controlling the weight down to bring it to the initial resting position. We will do this for 3 sets of 8 repetitions each with a weight that we can master without difficulty.

La Rutina...

Como bien lo pueden observar en las imágenes y en el vídeo en mi canal de 3speak, el ejercicio consiste en flexionar nuestras piernas apoyándonos de una base que posee la máquina para impulsar con nuestro cuerpo hacia arriba el peso de los discos. Los hombros apoyados en un dispositivo junto a las piernas empujan hacia arriba el peso pero de forma inclinada flexionado nuestras rodillas de forma horizontal al cuerpo , luego volvemos a las piernas controlando el peso hacia abajo hasta llevarlo a la posición inicial de descanso. Haremos esto por 3 series de 8 repeticiones cada una con un peso que podamos dominar sin dificultad.

Bigger and stronger legs!

Once the routine has been performed with both legs we can now perform it with a little more weight once we reach the necessary strength and technique, the legs contain large muscles that must be worked harder than the other muscle groups of the body and these also have an incremental effect on the smaller muscles.

Piernas más grandes y más fuertes!

Una vez realizada la rutina con nuestras piernas podemos realizarla ahora con un poco más de peso una vez alcancemos la fuerza y técnica necesaria, las piernas contienen grandes músculos que hay que trabajarlos con más fuerza que los otros grupos musculares del cuerpo y que estos además tienen un efecto incrementador sobre los músculos más pequeños.
