Es un estado emocional preocupante que en la actualidad se convirtió en un problema de salud mental debido a todas las circunstancias que nos afectaron como individuos, la pandemia, el confinamiento, la pérdida de seres queridos por el covid 19, la falta de empleo, la violencia de género, la falta de atención médica, el alto costo de la vida y muchas otras cosas más nos hace sentir defraudados, incapaces de resolver problemas, incapaces de hacer las cosas bien, con una baja autoestima, es decir dejamos de querernos tal cual somos encontramos defectos donde no los hay, creemos que para la sociedad somos torpes, ineptos, pocos inteligentes, feos o pocos atractivos comenzamos a descuidar nuestra apariencia personal, nos volvemos perezosos y volcamos nuestros intereses en la tecnología (teléfonos, computadoras, laptos etc), descuidando nuestra salud en general evitando así compartir con familiares y amigos. Destacando que al momento de desempeñar una labor lo hacemos de forma floja, es decir sin el brillo o el cuidado de detalles como se hacia antes, el trabajo se vuelve "GRIS", por eso y otras actitudes que hacen evidente que algo nos pasa y afecta no sólo al que convive a diario con nosotros sino que afecta al círculo de amigos, compañeros de trabajo, pareja y relaciones familiares.
THE DEPRESSION:
It is a worrying emotional state that nowadays became a mental health problem due to all the circumstances that affected us as individuals, the pandemic, the confinement, the loss of loved ones by covid 19, the lack of employment, gender violence, lack of medical care, the high cost of living and many other things makes us feel disappointed, unable to solve problems, unable to do things well, We believe that for society we are clumsy, inept, unintelligent, ugly or unattractive, we begin to neglect our personal appearance, we become lazy and turn our interests to technology (phones, computers, laptops, etc.), neglecting our health in general, thus avoiding sharing with family and friends. When we perform a job, we do it in a lazy way, that is to say, without the brightness or care for details as it was done before, the work becomes "GRAY", because of this and other attitudes that make it evident that something is wrong with us and affects not only those who live with us daily but also affects the circle of friends, co-workers, partners and family relationships.
Estar deprimido, significa que el individuo no esta psicológicamente estable para tomar buenas decisiones o por lo menos detenerse a pensar cuantos beneficios o prejuicios nos ocasiona si hacemos o dejamos de hacer algo como por ejemplo: hacer una llamada, consumir alguna sustancia etc; es por esta razón que las personas deprimidas deben estar bajo supervisión constante y ser evaluado por un especialista el cual los medicará adecuadamente; ya que con la depresión no se juega y de esta forma evitaremos intentos de suicidios de cualquier magnitud o consumir sustancias ilícitas como vía de escape al problema; ya que recurrentemente piensa que es mejor morir y dejar de hacer daño a los demás con su existencia.

Para salir de un estado depresivo, es un camino largo que requiere de mucha fuerza de voluntad, paciencia, tolerancia, valentía, perseverancia y sobre todo mucho amor para tratar de comprender porque ese hijo, esa madre, ese padre, ese amigo, ese compañero de trabajo etc llegó a un estado crítico y doloroso. Tan doloroso que pareciera que tuviésemos a una persona enferma con un cáncer terminal al cual ya no le queda más que esperar que llegue su momento de dejar este plano terrenal.

Es importante entonces mantenerse alerta para observar o conocer algunos cambios en la personalidad de nuestros seres queridos, familiares y personas con las cuales compartimos en la escuela, el trabajo o la comunidad; como una medida preventiva para que su estado depresivo si lo tuviera alcance niveles en los cuales necesite un poco de ayuda para salir de esta situación o por el contrario sea tarde y no nos quede sino el sabor amargo de conocer de primera mano la pérdida de alguien al que hasta hace poco compartía y sonreía junto a nosotros, así que el llamado es a conocernos, reconocernos, valorarnos y estimarnos de manera que sepamos que somos importantes y que formamos una pieza importante en el rompecabezas que se llama vida, y a la cual ineludiblemente debemos afrontar, porque es quien nos va a enseñar quienes somos, para que somos y nuestra importancia en todo esto.

Por eso debemos tener presente que somos valiosos, que tenemos un propósito de vida que cumplir, tenemos que aprender y enseñar, errar es de humanos, todos tenemos virtudes y también defectos, todos somos únicos, bellos y perfectos en anatomía e intelecto, nuestras discapacidades y diferencias deben de ser comprendidas y manejadas como eso y no compararse con incapacidad para desempeñarse como trabajador o como individuo en una sociedad cambiante y futurista.
