Ser auténtico, es parte de tener personalidad, desde que nacemos se nos van estableciendo patrones que difícilmente podremos obviar, convirtiéndose en elementos cruciales de nuestro ser y aunque no todas serán buenas, estarán allí para acompañar nuestro desarrollo integral.
En algún momento de nuestras vidas hemos tenido que fingir algo que no somos para encajar en un contexto que nos obliga a tener una imagen ajustada a ese medio, es por ello que la adaptación social se torna un camino difícil y parte de ello es porque los paradigmas y estereotipos son la pareja principal en el baile del autodescubrimiento.
No cabe duda que la autenticidad está sujeta a la autoestima, pues se trata de abrazar ese sentido de autoamor que se refleja en lo podemos transmitir a los demás y que vamos fortaleciendo desde pequeños, de tal forma que nuestro comportamiento es parte de ser originales desplegando nuestras virtudes y por supuesto los defectos, ya que nada es perfecto.
Una de las cosas que visualizo en la sociedad es la necesidad que nos brota por los poros para engañar, pensando que seremos personas admirables porque que al ocultar verdades evitamos manchar nuestra imágen es como una especie de escudo falso que usamos a lo largo de nuestra vida.
Usar la inteligencia emocional será vital en este viaje, pues alinear nuestros sentimientos y desechar aquellos que nos transmitan inseguridad formará parte del bienestar.
Es importante que desde nuestro sentido de madurez seamos capaces de mantener nuestra esencia de esa forma podemos nutrir todo lo que hacemos porque sencillamente la naturalidad será el motor para desplegar lo que somos a quienes nos rodean.
Dios nos doto de un elemento vital para nuestra autenticidad y se trata del cerebro pues en el almacenamos todo lo que necesitamos para que a través de nuestro conocimiento mostremos el potencial necesario para conseguir la originalidad y disfrutar por el camino.
Ser auténtico es adentrarte al autodescubrimiento por lo que debemos quitar los fantasmas sociales que intentarán hundirnos, por eso atrévete, se diferente, muestrate, no te avergüences de lo que eres y sobre todo suerte en el intento.

Being authentic is part of having personality, since we are born we are established patterns that we can hardly avoid, becoming crucial elements of our being and although not all of them will be good, they will be there to accompany our integral development.
At some point in our lives we have had to pretend something we are not to fit into a context that forces us to have an image adjusted to that environment, which is why social adaptation becomes a difficult path and part of it is because paradigms and stereotypes are the main partner in the dance of self-discovery.
There is no doubt that authenticity is subject to self-esteem, because it is about embracing that sense of self-love that is reflected in what we can transmit to others and that we are strengthening from an early age, so that our behavior is part of being original, displaying our virtues and of course our defects, since nothing is perfect.
One of the things that I visualize in society is the need that springs from our pores to deceive, thinking that we will be admirable people because by hiding truths we avoid staining our image, it is like a kind of false shield that we use throughout our lives.
It is important that from our sense of maturity we are able to maintain our essence in that way we can nurture everything we do because naturalness will simply be the engine to display who we are to those around us.
God endowed us with a vital element for our authenticity and it is the brain because in it we store everything we need so that through our knowledge we can show the necessary potential to achieve originality and enjoy along the way.
To be authentic is to enter into self-discovery so we must remove the social ghosts that will try to sink us, so dare, be different, show yourself, do not be ashamed of who you are and above all, good luck in the attempt.
Using emotional intelligence will be vital in this journey, as aligning our feelings and discarding those that transmit insecurity will be part of our well-being.
