Hello friends of this beautiful community, I hope you are very well, all the good vibes for you. Today I would like to tell you a little about words, the power they have in our lives.
He vivido experiencias donde me he fijado el gran rol de las palabras, el papel protagónico que tienen y lo que llegan a construir o destruir. He visto como una sola palabra provoca una sonrisa en alguien muy serio o como provoca lágrimas en alguien muy feliz. Pero ¿ depende esto de quién las diga? Si, rotundamente! Una palabra de un familiar, de la pareja , de un hijo o hija, de papá o mamá, de un amigo muchas veces duele o alegra, de un desconocido ni al caso, claro que habemos personas que tomamos las cosas tan enserio que si le afectan.
I have lived experiences where I have noticed the great role of words, the leading role they have and what they can build or destroy. I have seen how a single word provokes a smile in someone very serious or how it provokes tears in someone very happy. But does it depend on who says them? Yes, absolutely! A word from a family member, a partner, a son or daughter, a father or mother, a friend often hurts or cheers up, from a stranger it doesn't matter, of course there are people who take things so seriously that they do affect them.
Nuestras palabras tienen poder para animar, para impulsar,para subir la autoestima o ánimos ,para dar ese apoyo que se necesita en ese momento, para halagar por cualquier cosa, imagínense para tantas cosas que ahorita olvidó nombrar y normalmente las personas solo nos acostumbramos a usarlas para juzgar, para criticar o incluso dañar.
Our words have the power to encourage, to boost, to raise self-esteem or encouragement, to give that support that is needed at that moment, to flatter for anything, imagine for so many things that I forget to name now and normally people only get used to use them to judge, to criticize or even damage.
Si pusiéramos en práctica solo el usar nuestras palabras adecuadamente, que difícil es medirse o controlarse a veces, cuando estamos enojados por cualquier causa o motivo, lo peor de esto es si nos descargamos o pagamos con la persona menos indicada o la que nada que ver con ese sentimiento, terminamos lastimando sin medir a personas inocentes y personas queridas, sin un lo siento, sin una disculpa que por lo menos intente sanar la herida que se produce.
If we put into practice only to use our words properly, how difficult it is to measuring or controlling ourselves sometimes, when we are angry for any cause or reason, but the problem is if we unload or pay with the least appropriate person or the one that has nothing to do with that feeling, we end up hurting without measuring innocent people and loved ones, without a sorry, without an apology that at least try to heal the wound that occurs.
No sé si les ha pasado que ven a alguien empezando el día y su estado de ánimo o rostro es muy serio entonces llegas o pasas y con solo desearle un buen día y preguntarle ¿cómo amaneció? Si rostro cambia totalmente 😊 brilla y da una respuesta amable y alegre . Me ha pasado muchas veces, las personas no sabemos el poder que tenemos de hacer sentir mejor a alguien más con solo un mensaje de texto, un saludo, un ¡ vamos tu puedes!. Vivimos en un mundo que muchas veces es hostil y no todos estamos viviendo los mejores momentos, todos pasamos malos momentos,malos días y muchas veces una palabra de aliento, una palabra amable hace el cambio, hace la diferencia.
I don't know if it has happened to you that you see someone starting the day and if mood or face is very serious then you arrive or pass by and just wishing them a good day and asking them how they woke up? If face changes totally 😊 it shines and gives a kind and cheerful answer
. It has happened to me many times, people don't know the power we have to make someone else feel better with just a text message, a greeting, a "come on, you can do it! We live in a world that is often hostile and not all of us are living the best of times, we all go through bad times, bad days and many times a word of encouragement, a kind word makes the change, makes the difference.
Si me preguntan el porque de las fotos de flores y plantas , es porque fueron las que me inspiraron e hicieron relacionar este tema, su sencillez y su importancia. Pienso que en lo más sencillo de la vida está lo más hermoso y a veces lo más importante!
If you ask me why I chose photos of flowers and plants, it is because they were the ones that inspired me and made me relate to this theme, its simplicity and its importance. I think that the simplest things in life are the most beautiful and sometimes the most important!
Por eso para ti amigo o amiga que me lees, te envío toda la mejor energía del mundo y recuerden usemos nuestras mejores palabras para mejorar, para sanar ,para transformar, para alegrar un momento a alguna persona y porque no para nosotros mismos también, porque a veces la charla motivacional nos toca hacerla nosotros mismos, vivamos, amemos, riamos, llorémos y disfrutemos el viaje, que se encuentren bien.
So for you friend who reads me, I send you all the best energy in the world and remember to use our best words to improve, to heal, to transform, to brighten a moment to someone and why not for ourselves too, because sometimes we have to do the motivational talk ourselves, let's live, love, laugh, cry and enjoy the journey, may you be well.
