How o deal with loneliness? // ¿Cómo tratarte soledad?

We are in the second half of the month and there is so much we have learned about LONELINESS from your posts and what we have been able to share with you.
Now we want to look at the following:How to deal with loneliness?
Here are some things that are very helpful:
Remembering with gratitude the past: Who helped us the other time? How did we overcome that problem or situation we went through? In a certain way we are better off than we were at the beginning? What good things did I enjoy in the past that left me with good memories?
Thinking about the present. What things do I enjoy now? Am I blessed by...? Who do I count on? If I need help, who can I turn to?
Maintain habits or routines. For some people the word "routine" feels like a loop where they always do the same thing and it gets to a point where it becomes tedious. That's why we sometimes use the phrase, "I want to get out of a rut."
And it's okay if sometimes we do different things to make our days different, attractive and fun. What we want to tell you with this is that a routine can also be something pleasant. For example, every day, thank God, we eat. This is something of a routine, however we don't get tired and it's not boring, is it? 😅 😋
Estamos en la segunda mitad de mes y es tanto lo que hemos aprendido de la SOLEDAD gracias a sus post y lo que nosotros hemos podido compartirles.
Ahora queremos ver lo siguiente: ¿Cómo afrontar la soledad?
Acá les dejamos algunas cosas que son muy útliles:
Recordar con gratitud el pasado. ¿Quién nos ayudó la otra vez? ¿Cómo superamos aquel problema o situación tan fuerte que pasamos? ¿De cierta manera estamos mejor que al principio? ¿De qué cosas buenas pude disfrutar en el pasado que me dejó buenos recuerdos?
Pensar en el presente. ¿De qué cosas disfruto actualmente? ¿Soy bendecido por…? ¿Con quién cuento? Si requiero de ayuda, ¿a quién puedo acudir?
Mantener hábitos o rutinas. Para algunas personas la palabra “rutinario” les parece como un bucle donde siempre hacen lo mismo y llega a un punto que se vuelve tedioso. Por eso a veces usamos la frase: “Quiero salir de la rutina”.
Y está bien si a veces hacemos cosas diferentes para que nuestros días sean diferentes, atractivos y divertidos. Con esto lo queremos decirles es que una rutina también puede ser algo agradable. Por ejemplo todos los días, gracias a Dios, comemos. Esto es algo de rutina, sin embargo no nos cansamos ni es aburrido, ¿verdad? 😅 😋
Exercise a little bit, eat healthy (as much as possible), have one day a week to distract ourselves, have fun, share, eat a sweet that raises our endorphin 😋 🍰
Learn something new. It can be a language, an art, an instructive course, planting a garden, in short... When it comes to learning, there are many options.
Take some of the attention away from ourselves and help others. There will always be someone who needs help (such as shopping or any other favor) and encouragement (through a message, a call or a note). Instead of thinking, "If no one does it for me, why should I do it for others?", let's think, "If I promote it maybe others will be encouraged to do the same."
Hacer un tanto de ejercicios, comer saludable (lo más que se pueda), tener un día a la semana para distraernos, divertirnos, compartir, comernos un dulce que suba nuestra endorfina 😋 🍰
Aprender algo nuevo. Puede ser un idioma, un arte, hacer un curso instructivo, plantar un jardín, en fin… Cuando de aprender se trata hay muchas opciones.
Quitar un poco la atención de nosotros mismos y ayudar a otros. Siempre habrá alguien que requiera ayuda (como hacer la compra o cualquier otro favor) y ánimo (mediante un mensaje, una llamada o nota). En vez de pensar: “Si nadie lo hace por mí, ¿por qué yo sí voy a hacerlo por otros?”, pensemos: “Si yo lo promuevo puede que otros se animen a hacer lo mismo.”
Pay attention to what we think about when we are alone. This is very important and greatly influences our attitude. Do I think about catastrophic and fatalistic outcomes? Or do I try to be as positive as I can?
Be willing to talk and ask for help. If the feelings of loneliness are very strong, interfere with our daily life or we simply feel that we need to unburden ourselves, let's ask for help. There is absolutely no reason to be afraid to do so. Rather, it is a brave thing to do.
To cultivate spirituality, to talk to God constantly, to tell him how we feel, our deepest fears, to ask for his help and to strengthen our friendship with him.
All of the above applies to any of the types of loneliness: if we feel lonely, are lonely, remain in isolation or choose to be lonely.
Prestar atención a lo que pensamos cuando estamos a solas. Esto es muy importante e influye mucho en nuestra actitud. ¿Pienso en desenlaces catastróficos y fatalistas? Ó ¿trato de ser lo más positivo que pueda?
Tener la disposición de hablar y pedir ayuda. Si los sentimientos de soledad son muy fuertes, interfieren con nuestro día a día o sencillamente sentimos que necesitamos desahogarnos, pidamos ayuda. En lo absoluto hay porque temer hacerlo. Más bien es de valientes.
Cultivar la espiritualidad. Hablar con Dios constantemente, contarle como nos sentimos, nuestros temores más profundos, pedirle su ayuda y estrechar una amistad con él.
Todo lo antes mencionado aplica para cualquiera de los tipos de soledad: si nos sentimos solos, estamos solos, permanecemos en aislamiento o elegimos ser solitarios.
What if it is a friend or family member who is affected by loneliness and not us?
One of the best ways to help is to listen without judging. If someone feels lonely because they lost a loved one, suffer from depression, anxiety, low self-esteem or anything else, the best thing to do is listen, be patient, be there for that person and progressively invite them to do the recommendations we leave you with today. Let them feel that they have that helping hand in us.

¿Y si al que le afecta la soledad es un amigo o un familiar y no nosotros?
Una de las mejores maneras de ayudar es escuchar sin juzgar. Si alguien se siente solo porque perdió un ser querido, sufre depresión, ansiedad, baja autoestima o cualquier otra cosa, lo mejor es escuchar, tener paciencia, estar ahí para esa persona y progresivamente invitarla a hacer las recomendaciones que les dejamos hoy. Que sienta que tiene esa mano amiga en nosotros.
