Everyday when we wake up to go about our daily activities, we are bound to be faced with a lot of things and one major thing a lot of us face is FEAR. There are a lot of things that can instill fear in us and sometimes we find it so hard to conquer our fears. Well, it's never easy to overcome our fears but then our fears are as real as we want them to be and they have nothing on us when we also believe so. Being scared is something that as humans we have to experience at one point or another in our lives.
The fact that we are scared about something all begins with our minds. Your mind can be both shallow and deep. The mind stores almost everything if not everything it sees, feels and hear so it is very hard to get anything off one's mind easily and that's why the best way to overcome our fears is by gaining full control of our minds. The mind can't be controlled totally but then when we understand how it works we have the upper hand to make things work in our favour.
Fear does not apply to some people as they claim but then it's almost impossible. Yes I do agree that some people have been able to master their fear and gain control of it but then that did not stop them from having fear in them. Fear can be both positive and negative depending on how we chose to view it. But then, what comes to anyone's mind first most of the time when fear is mentioned is something negative and that's because majority of us are yet to master our fears and take control of it.
We all have something we fear the most but if you don't have any, then good for you but to us that do have fears, the question is how well are we coping with them? Are you now a puppet because of your fears or are you trying hard to overcome it as much as possible? I've tried dealing my fears quite a number of times and most of them I was unable to overcome them and that was because I gave up trying to and then I just got consumed in them. Fears are mere imaginations until we successful turn them into something real.
Having the feeling of fear is like building a wall around yourself and getting stuck in one place. In that same space you can only let whatever you want in that space you've built and at that point you get distracted by almost anything and until you learn to focus your mind, you would only keep going deeper in your fears which might then become your reality. At that point the only option you have is either give in to your fears or you face your fears.
Whatever our fears are, one thing is certain and that is the fears we face are ours and we can choose to build whatever story for it,which can either be a success story or a failure story. Like I said, our fears are not easy to let go of but then the only best way to overcome our fears is by getting more control of our minds whenever we are faced with our fears.

There are a lot more acronym to the word fear which has different implications and you can look them up and see how they apply to you as a person.

Todos los días, cuando nos levantamos para realizar nuestras actividades diarias, es probable que nos enfrentemos a muchas cosas y una de las principales que muchos de nosotros enfrentamos es el MIEDO. Hay muchas cosas que pueden infundir miedo en nosotros y a veces nos resulta muy difícil vencer nuestros miedos. Bueno, nunca es fácil superar nuestros miedos, pero nuestros miedos son tan reales como queremos que sean y no tienen nada contra nosotros cuando también lo creemos. Tener miedo es algo que como humanos tenemos que experimentar en un momento u otro de nuestras vidas.
El hecho de que tengamos miedo por algo comienza en nuestra mente. Tu mente puede ser tanto superficial como profunda. La mente almacena casi todo, si no todo, lo que ve, siente y oye, por lo que es muy difícil sacar algo de la mente fácilmente y es por eso que la mejor manera de superar nuestros miedos es obtener el control total de nuestra mente. La mente no se puede controlar totalmente, pero cuando entendemos cómo funciona tenemos la ventaja para hacer que las cosas funcionen a nuestro favor.
El miedo no se aplica a algunas personas como dicen, pero luego es casi imposible. Sí, estoy de acuerdo en que algunas personas han podido dominar su miedo y controlarlo, pero eso no les impidió tener miedo. El miedo puede ser tanto positivo como negativo dependiendo de cómo decidamos verlo. Pero claro, lo primero que viene a la mente de cualquiera la mayor parte del tiempo cuando se menciona el miedo es algo negativo y eso se debe a que la mayoría de nosotros aún tenemos que dominar nuestros miedos y tomar control de ellos.
Todos tenemos algo que más tememos, pero si no tienes ninguno, entonces bien por ti, pero para nosotros que tenemos miedos, la pregunta es ¿qué tan bien los estamos afrontando? ¿Eres ahora una marioneta debido a tus miedos o te estás esforzando por superarlos tanto como sea posible? He intentado lidiar con mis miedos varias veces y la mayoría de ellas no pude superarlos y eso fue porque dejé de intentarlo y luego simplemente me consumí en ellos. Los miedos son meras imaginaciones hasta que logramos convertirlos en algo real.
Tener la sensación de miedo es como construir un muro a tu alrededor y quedarte atrapado en un lugar. En ese mismo espacio solo puedes dejar lo que quieras en ese espacio que has construido y en ese punto te distraes con casi cualquier cosa y hasta que aprendas a enfocar tu mente, solo seguirás profundizando en tus miedos que luego podrían convertirse en tu realidad. En ese momento, la única opción que tienes es ceder a tus miedos o enfrentarlos.
Cualesquiera que sean nuestros miedos, una cosa es segura y es que los miedos que enfrentamos son nuestros y podemos elegir construir cualquier historia para ellos, que puede ser una historia de éxito o una historia de fracaso. Como dije, no es fácil dejar de lado nuestros miedos, pero la única mejor manera de superarlos es tener más control de nuestra mente cada vez que nos enfrentamos a ellos.
Como dicen, el miedo tiene dos siglas que son....
Hay muchas más siglas para la palabra miedo que tienen diferentes implicaciones y puedes buscarlas y ver cómo se aplican a ti como persona.
