Hello friends, I hope you are all excellent, today it is very easy for our strength and spirits to decline, because we see that in many parts of the world the picture does not look good, indeed, it is even scary, because we see that wars, clashes, evil, homicides, economic collapse in some countries, diseases, and more, is long list of chaotic things we see in social networks, newscasts, newspapers and in the street itself, these things generate feelings of anxiety, anguish and of course; fear of the future.
¿Hacia dónde vamos? Es muy fácil preguntarnos hacia dónde va la humanidad, que sucederá en estos días, o que sucederá con nuestros seres amados… es normal sentir preocupación, cuando vemos un panorama un poco gris y poco alentador, no puede abordar el miedo y el temor. Pero, en fin, el futuro no lo conocemos, sólo sucede y ya. No sabemos qué sucederá el año próximo, y pensar mucho en ello nos generaría un cansancio emocional que no queremos, pues, debemos mantenernos fuertes para afrontar con el mejor de los ánimos lo que venga, no conocemos podemos manejar lo que no ha sucedido, pero si podemos con lo que está sucediendo, saquemos nuestras fuerzas para afrontar lo que vivimos en el día a día, resulta agotador sacar fuerzas para pelear contra algo que no ha sucedido aún.
Where are we going? It is very easy to wonder where humanity is going, what will happen in these days, or what will happen to our loved ones... it is normal to feel concern, when we see a somewhat gray and discouraging panorama, fear and dread cannot be addressed. But, anyway, we do not know the future, it just happens and that's it. We do not know what will happen next year, and thinking too much about it would generate an emotional fatigue that we do not want, well, we must stay strong to face with the best of spirits what comes, we do not know we can handle what has not happened, but if we can with what is happening, let's get our strength to face what we live in day to day, it is exhausting to get strength to fight against something that has not happened yet.
Hay quienes ven el futuro como la meta para ser felices, o sea, “el año que viene va a ser mejor y viviré en paz y felicidad”, y tampoco lo siento como algo confortante, se nos va a pasar la vida pensando que vendrá, la felicidad es hoy, día a día deberíamos ver que es una oportunidad para ser feliz ese día, tampoco sabemos nuestro último día aquí en esta tierra; y no es que sea pesimista, es que es lo real, lo real es lo que vivimos hoy, los que están aquí a nuestro lado, eso es lo real.
No digo que seamos personas despreocupadas, sin planes, llevadas de aquí para allá, no, y más cuando tenemos hijos por los cuales luchar y proyectarnos, está bien planificarnos, trazarnos metas, lo que no veo bien es que esperemos cumplir la meta del año próximo para poder sentirme feliz, no, no sabemos qué sucederá con certeza, eso no lo manejamos, y creo que jamás la humanidad manejará ese tipo de informaciones; mejemos nuestros días y nuestro afán, de ellos si podemos tener el control.
There are those who see the future as the goal to be happy, that is, "next year will be better and I will live in peace and happiness", and I do not feel it as something comforting, we will spend our lives thinking that it will come, happiness is today, day by day we should see that it is an opportunity to be happy that day, we do not know our last day here on this earth; and it is not that I am pessimistic, it is that it is real, what is real is what we live today, those who are here beside us, that is what is real.
I am not saying that we are carefree people, without plans, carried from here to there, no, and even more when we have children to fight for and project ourselves, it is good to plan, to set goals, what I do not see well is that we expect to meet the goal of next year to feel happy, no, we do not know what will happen with certainty, we do not handle that, and I believe that humanity will never handle that kind of information; let us improve our days and our eagerness, we can have control of them.
El futuro en incierto, por ejemplo, cuando inició la pandemia del año 2020 (En Latinoamérica) llegué a sentir que podríamos ver el fin para muchísimas personas cercanas, familiares y amigos; por ejemplo uno de mis mejores amigos es doctor y llegué a temer por su vida, creí que se enfermaría e imaginé lo peor, pues en la tv sólo veíamos desgracias, penurias, mortandad, y eso era en lo que podíamos pensar, el pensamiento de miedo al futuro invadió a mucha gente que cayó en depresión, en ansiedad y tristeza. Pero hoy, año 2022 siento que fue un terrible sueño, salimos de esa, lamento obviamente la muerte de los miles de personas que no pudieron lograrlo, pero hay millones que, aunque temimos por lo que vendrá, hoy estamos aquí con fe y muchas ganas de seguir luchando.

Las malas noticias son las primeras en llegar, lo he oído muchísimas veces, y son las que abundan en los medios de información, redes sociales, programas de tv, periódicos, y son estas las que nos podrían generar la preocupación; preguntarnos ¿Qué sucederá el día de mañana?, creo que el tener esperanza es importante, es una sensación de que todo puede mejorar, de que si pongo de mi parte puedo salir adelante, de que quizás hoy las cosas no me salieron como deseé, pero mañana tendré una nueva oportunidad, y de mis errores de hoy voy a aprender, de esa forma debemos ver el futuro, si tenemos esperanza el miedo no nos podrá ganar la batalla que se juega en nuestra mente y en nuestros pensamientos, esperanza no es sólo desear que las cosas salgan bien, es hacer hoy que mañana me vaya mejor.
